Pressalit Chilli is a stable, easy-care and safe choice for the toilet. With its built-in soft close, the seat closes gently and silently, bringing a touch of luxury to the everyday. Material Description:
Toilet seat:
The material consists of dyed-through thermosetting plastic (UF A 10 = ureaformaldehyde) and contains no substances harmful to the environment. UF plastic consists of 67% urea formaldehyde resin, 28% cellulose and 5% minerals, pigments, lubricant and moisture. The supplier's raw material contains up to 0.03% free formaldehyde and even less after curing.
Polygiene (relevant only for toilet seats with polygiene):
Polygiene contains bacteria-fighting silver nitrate which, due to its anti-bacterial action, hinders the growth of bacteria 24 hours a day.
Buffers:
EVA (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate).
Damper set (only relevant for toilet seats with soft close):
Hydraulic damper with stainless steel damper body and thermoplastic plastic parts.
Hinges:
Stainless steel EN 1.4301 and thermoplastic.
Cleaning:
Use only mild detergents. Always dry seat and hinges with a dry cloth after cleaning. The seat and hinges must not come into contact with toilet cleaner or other chlorinated, abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents. Therefore, leave the seat upright until all toilet cleaner has been flushed away.
