A soft seat facility with open front for use in the shower
This shower seat has a soft seat made of polyurethane (PUR) making it suitable for people who sit on a shower seat for extended periods of time and/or are vulnerable at the seat. The seat has an open front so that performing intimate hygiene is possible without having to stand up. It is also possible to use a bedpan. There are guide rails on the underside of the seat for this purpose. The PUR seat is foldable from the tubular frame, which makes cleaning the underside easier.
The shower seats with soft seat can be fitted with an auxiliary leg set. This is recommended for users with a body weight, greater than 100 kg, or when there is doubt about the strength of the wall to which the seat is mounted. The support leg set is suitable for shower seats with a seat height of 490 to 640 mm, measured from the floor to the top edge of the seat.
