A solution for tight spaces

Sometimes a shower is so cramped that placement of a shower seat is trial and error.This compact shower seat can provide a solution, thanks to its small size. The model with backrest and armrests is only 445 mm deep, while the model without backrest and armrests is only 375 mm!

Both the seat and back have HT upholstery, a tightly glued fabric that molds slightly to the body during use. The seat upholstery lies flush with the tube, making sideways and standing transfers easier to perform. The seat depth is 315 mm. The version with armrests provides comfortable support for the forearms while sitting. Thanks to the length of the armrests, it is possible to lean on them while standing up and sitting down. The front of the armrests lies comfortably in the hand.

The armrests can be folded up individually, for example for a lateral transfer. The armrests can withstand the lateral forces exerted during lateral sliding.

When folded down, the armrests support off the back of the backrest. This eliminates the danger of pinching fingers, hair or skin.

Accessories

The shower seats with reduced seat depth can be equipped with an auxiliary leg set. This is recommended if the body weight of the user is > 100 kg or if there are doubts about the strength of the wall. The auxiliary leg set is suitable for shower seats with a seat height from floor to top of seat between 440 and 590 mm.
