For individuals with limited strength and balance, getting up and sitting down on the toilet can be difficult. An extra support to get up may be enough to continue using the toilet independently.
The Ready for life™ armrests with auxiliary legs provide just that extra support to make the existing toilet suitable for safe use again, without permanent damage or permanent modifications.
Use is made of the existing holes in the ceramic, on which the toilet seat is also mounted. The armrests with auxiliary legs rest on the ground. The auxiliary legs are height adjustable and therefore suitable for toilet heights of 400 - 500 mm.
Due to the closed design of the armrests, garments do not get stuck. The armrests provide additional comfort to both forearms during toilet visits and hands while sitting down and standing up again.
