Haceka HangOn

Hang On Fixing without drilling!

HangOn is a universal adhesive which is extremely suitable for fixing products to almost all surfaces. This can be done both indoors and outdoors. So drilling is no longer necessary. And since no adapter is used, HangOn is suitable for all purposes. Also ideal in damp rooms. HangOn is easy to remove and leaves no trace.

HangOn and Haceka series

HangOn can certainly be used in combination with Haceka series. One pack is good for fixing three Cover plates. The load-bearing capacity per Cover plate is about 20 kg. This depends on how thick the adhesive layer is and how well the adhesive layer has cured before the product is loaded. The Kosmos, Mezzo, Art Deco, Aspen, Edge, PRO2000, PRO2500 and PRO5000 series are guaranteed to be fixed with HangOn.

Mount

1. Sand product with sponge
2. Clean product with cloth
3. Clean surface with cloth
4. Lift sachet and remove lid
5. Wet spatula (this is very important!), then shake out for a while
6. Stir flakes with spatula (flakes remain dry)
7. Tear open sachet
8. Pull sachet through slot in packaging (glue enters tray)
9. Stir glue into flakes
10. Apply mixture to product
11. Press product firmly
12. Remove adhesive residue

After 30 minutes you can lightly load the product. For heavy loading, it is recommended to wait 24 hours.

Remove product

• Turn product off substrate with water pump pliers or
• Pry product off substrate with putty knife

Remove coarse adhesive residues

• With a glass scraper for smooth substrates
• With a hard brush for rough substrates

Remove other glue residues

• With adhesive remover

Note

Can be used on both rough and smooth substrates such as tiles, natural stone, glass, concrete, metal and wood. On plastic HangOn should be tested first

Not applicable on Polyethene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTE or Theflon), stucco, wallpaper and painted surfaces. HangOn is also not applicable under water.
