Notes
- In principle, operation of the dimmer is possible without connection of the neutral conductor. With some LED and CFLi light sources, however, connection of the neutral conductor is required to prevent flickering.
- When operated without a neutral conductor, the minimum load for incandescent lamps, HV halogen, Gira Tronic transformers and wound transformers is 50 W.
- Electronic transformers and ballasts for LED light sources can be operated with the dimming procedure specified by the manufacturer.
- If the ambient temperature exceeds 25 °C, the connected load must be reduced.
