Aluite is a composite material, which we have chosen for our products because of its soft-touch effect and beauty. In addition to its aesthetic quality, this material is also technically superior to other materials used in the bathroom. Whereas other materials commonly used in this segment are permanently damaged once scratched, this material is homogeneous throughout the product; therefore, scratches can be repaired with a scouring pad and commercially available abrasives.
Aluite is a technically advanced composite material consisting of a high percentage of natural minerals and a low percentage of polyester and acrylic polymers. This makes this material inert, hypoallergenic and non-toxic, 100% recyclable and fireproof (Class 1). It is highly resistant to UV radiation, has a high density and is non-porous. Furthermore, it is hygienic, durable and pleasant to touch because of its velvet texture. Aluite is completely restorable as one can restore it to its original state with a simple abrasive and sponge, even cigarette burn marks can be removed this way. Regular polishing of aluite ensures the preservation of its original beauty, and prevents signs of wear over time.
