Quality and finish
Brauer Taps are manufactured from the best materials and semi-finished products. For example, our thermostatic exposed bath mixer is fitted with an inner workings of Vernet®. The body of the tap and fittings is made of solid brass, on which an additional nickel layer is then applied. Nickel is smoother and provides a better base for the finish. After the nickel layer is applied, we finish the tap with a high-quality coating. An example of a high-quality coating is a PVD coating. The PVD coating makes your tap stronger and you will enjoy a deeper colour.
For variants with a brushed finish, the nickel layer is brushed before the PVD coating is applied. This gives the taps a fuller look and sophisticated finish. What makes the finish even more stylish is the round brushing on control handles and knobs. Brauer taps are finished to perfection!
